4. Limitation of Liability
Zilva Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, or work produced for the client remain the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Zilva Services retains the right to use non-sensitive, anonymized work for portfolio purposes, if approved by the client.
